A $15.00 Clean-Up Fee will charged if Barn management has to pick up/put away/clean up any mess that is left by horse owners or riders.
COMMISSION ON SALES
A 15% commission will be charged when buying, selling, or leasing a horse.
Payments are due by the first of each month
A 1 ½% surcharge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days.
Billing disputes must be settled within 30 days of bill date.
All Rates are subject to change per management discretion.
A $20.00 service charge is applied to all Non-Sufficient Funds Checks.
