Lesson Package Rules and Agreement 

• I, (Rider or Parent/Guardian of Rider under age 18), agree that I will participate in a Horseback Riding Program offered by Empowering Equestrians LLC.
   
• Lesson packages are purchased in advance.  Packages of 8 lessons are to be used within 4 consecutive weeks and expire 4 weeks after the purchase date.
   
• Lesson Packages are Non-Refundable.
   
• Any cancellation must be done at least 24 hours in advance.  If the lesson is cancelled in less than 24 hours, you will be charged for that slot.  Emergencies are the exception to this rule.
   
• Cancellations made 24 hours or before have an opportunity to reschedule their lesson time.  If the rescheduled lesson is cancelled for any reason, even if it is within 24 hours or before, that lesson is forfeited and it will be deducted from your lesson package.
      
• All lessons need to arrive 10-15 minutes early.  This is to keep things moving along nicely and on time. 
   
• Your lesson time is your slot.  If you show up late, your lesson will end at the regular time (you will not be able to make up those extra minutes). 
   
• Proper attire is necessary.  If you show up to your lesson without proper attire you will not be able to ride and still will be charged full price for your slot. 
   
• Students are responsible for the tack used on his/her horse.  All tack must be cleaned, wrapped, and put away neatly in the tack room.
   
• I also understand that a specific trainer may be scheduled to work with me but if unavailable I agree to be schooled by any Empowering Equestrians LLC Instructor.
   
• I also acknowledge that Horseback Riding is a dangerous sport and agree not to hold Empowering Equestrians LLC owners and/or Staff responsible for any injury or harm that may occur while riding but not limited to myself, child and or any other members of my family.
